At St. Mary’s School, we believe that leadership is not merely a position, but a calling to serve with integrity, compassion, and courage. As the Student Leadership Patron, my role is to guide and mentor our student leaders as they grow into responsible young men and women grounded in Christian values.

Our prefects and student council members are empowered to lead by example—promoting discipline, harmony, and a positive school culture. Through mentorship programs, leadership trainings, and close collaboration with staff and peers, we help our learners develop essential life skills such as communication, teamwork, conflict resolution, and moral decision-making.

It is a joy to walk alongside our young leaders as they discover their potential and use their gifts to uplift their school community. Together, we continue to build a nurturing environment where every learner feels valued, heard, and inspired to lead with purpose.
